3D Scene Project

Just got a project were I have to create a simpe 3D scene on a small square, these are some of my ideas...



  

My first idea was to create a simple version of Mordor from Lord Of The Rings, with the eye of Sauron and Mount Doom as the main structures and then have black rocks, lava and ruins surrounding them along the ground. I also think it would be cool to animate the eyes looking around and balls of flaming rock shooting out of the volcano.



My second idea I though of creating a 3D replica of Jake and Finn's treehouse from Adventure Time and using that as the main structure and then having a simple grassy hills for the ground structure.

 



My last idea was to do the world 1 map from Mario because it has simple structures and textures that I think I would be able to make. I also think it would be cool if I could animate Mario running round the map.

Batman Arkham

   

I find this inspirational because of the cinematic feel and look to it. The style of animation for this helps give the game a very batman, dark knight atmosphere.

    

The characters are very well created because they are on point interpretations of the original characters in the comics and I would say they are how I imaged them when reading the comics. They all have dark personality's and images which are perfect for adding to the dark atmosphere.

    

The batmobile has been altered from the original into this badass, black tank. I personally love this interpretation and would use this inspiration if I was to make and animate a vehicle.

Minecraft

Minecraft the creation of the 8-bit cube. This isn't just one of my favourite games but also great contribution to my passion and love for games and game creating.



The in game creatures and surroundings are purely made from cubes and squares that build up to something more. I find this fascinating and would like to know how they create these to spawn and move.
